Questions & answers

Is the starting day included?

No. The reference day is day zero, so tomorrow is D-1. Some anniversary counters count the first day as day one; that convention differs from this countdown.

Does it count hours or working days?

No. It compares calendar dates only. Weekends and public holidays count as ordinary days, and the time of day does not affect the result.
