    Construction material cost estimator

    Build a material-only estimate using one row per item and four separate fields: name, quantity, unit price and monetary markup percentage. Add and remove rows without typing separators. The resulting subtotal, user-entered tax and total can be copied or exported as CSV.

    MAKE IT SIMPLE

    Each row is one material. Markup increases the line amount (quantity × unit price × (1 + markup %)); it does not increase the purchase quantity. Up to 100 rows.

    All unit prices and markup rates are user-supplied. Markup increases the monetary line amount, not the purchased quantity; VAT is calculated separately. Values are rounded to whole KRW or cents (USD/EUR). No labor, freight or legal tax classification is included.

    Worked examples

    30 conduits at 1,200 KRW each, monetary markup 5%; 8 couplers at 300 KRW; tax 10%

    Subtotal 40,200 KRW; tax 4,020 KRW; total 44,220 KRW

    Conduits cost 30×1,200×1.05 = 37,800 KRW; couplers cost 2,400 KRW. The markup does not change quantities.
