    Work hours and overtime calculator

Enter shift start and finish times along with unpaid breaks to calculate actual working time. For overnight work the end time is treated as the next day. Set your regular-hours threshold, hourly amount and optional extra-hours multiplier to estimate pay without assuming local labor laws.

    Overnight shifts and legal limitations

If end time is at or before start time, the shift ends the next day (equal times = 24 hours). Breaks are deducted from total work but cannot be placed within the night window without exact timing. Extra-hours multiplier is manually entered and does not establish statutory overtime or night pay. Enter your own currency.
